Terms of Service | WagStack

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WagStack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. WagStack is a software-as-a-service platform providing business management tools for independent pet service professionals, including booking, payments, client management, SMS reminders, and website hosting.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up-to-date.

3. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login information with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. WagStack reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

WagStack offers monthly subscription plans. Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period. WagStack reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Payment Processing

WagStack facilitates payments between pet service professionals and their clients using Stripe Connect. WagStack is not a party to the transaction between the professional and the client. Standard Stripe processing fees (2.9% + 30¢) apply. Professionals are responsible for any applicable taxes on income received through the platform.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not use the Service to send spam, harass others, or engage in fraudulent activity. You are solely responsible for the content you publish on your WagStack-hosted website and for the services you provide to your clients.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, text, business information). You grant WagStack a non-exclusive license to display this content as part of the Service. The WagStack name, logo, and platform code are the intellectual property of WagStack and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

WagStack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WagStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. WagStack may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

WagStack reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
