What if my clients don't want to pay a deposit?

Most clients actually appreciate it — it shows you run a professional business. And once they've paid a deposit, they're much more likely to show up. The no-shows who complain about deposits are exactly the ones you want to filter out.

How does the money get to my bank account?

You connect your own Stripe account (takes 2 minutes). All payments go directly to your Stripe, then to your bank. WagStack never holds your money — you have full control and visibility in your Stripe dashboard.

Can I customize my cancellation policy?

The default policy is: full refund if cancelled >48 hours before, 50% refund if 24-48 hours, no refund if <24 hours. This protects your time while being fair to clients. Contact us if you need custom terms.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

You'll be asked to subscribe for $29/month. If you don't, your account simply becomes read-only — you won't lose any data. No surprise charges, ever.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to use this?

Not at all! If you can use Facebook or send a text, you can use WagStack. Most users are fully set up in under 10 minutes. And our support team is always here to help.
